This 1966 Classic Un-cut Ford Bronco is 100% rust-free. We are in the process of going through this Bronco from top to bottom. Every aspect of this Bronco is being replaced with new in the process.

In this 'Factory Plus' version Bronco, you will be able to drive it daily. This Bronco just got a rebuilt 302 engine with 40HP more than factory, with a new FI Tech fuel injection and BC Broncos serpentine belt system. Everything in the engine bay is now brand new, including all parts surrounding the engine, plus a 4 speed 4R70W automatic transmission, along with a rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case.

The Bronco has been completely rebuilt from top to bottom. The Dana 44 front end & rebuilt Ford 9" rear end both now have new 4.56 gears, new axles, new axle seals, new bearings and new Tom Woods front and rear drive shafts. It got a new tilt steering column, new wood grain Grant GT steering wheel, new 4 turn power steering, with all new steering linkages and alignment for the best steering possible.

To make this Bronco stop exceptionally well, we installed a new Hydro boost brake system, new four wheel disc brakes, plus new hard and soft brake lines running down the chassis and to both axles. The suspension is a 2.5" suspension lift with restored factory radius arms, with new shocks all around, all new suspension bushings, and new body bushing hardware, all new electrical system with a new Centek wire harness.

The body was prepped and painted in a Wind Blue factory color, with a white two-tone grille and grille trim. The frame has been sanded, prepped and powder coated. The body has factory Un-Cut fenders in front and in the back. The paint job has a high quality clear coat, and a new stock steel hood, with all new hardware, including new squirters, hood latch, secondary latch and spring, plus a new hydraulic hood prop system. It just got all new steel fuel lines going down the frame, plus a new 23 gallon fuel tank. The body got all new stainless steel & grade 8 hardware throughout. Everything on this build is now new and every part we installed is top-of-the-line.

The interior is restored Parchment colored pleated vinyl factory front and rear stock Bronco seats, with all new matching pleated (high quality) German vinyl door, rear side and tailgate paneling, with a fresh Linex interior bed liner. We match painted a clean stock dash board with a new Vintage Air system, with a factory glove box and new glove box liner. The dash has 2 round A/C vents in the center of the dash, and two rectangular vents on both sides.

We installed a new Tuffy locking center console with a matching armrest pad on top, along with a new Alpine 164 CD bluetooth sound system installed in the center console with a set of Alpine C-5.25 (5 1/4") component speakers recessed into the rear side panels, and a second set of Alpine C-6.25 6.5" component speakers in the back of the rear side panels.

It just got a new black powder coated 4 point Legend rear roll cage. The bumpers will be chrome in front & in back. The windshield & seal and wing windows are now new, as are the window glass in both doors. It just got a new black soft top plus a new black Safari top for when the soft top is off.

All door window felts and channels will be replaced with new, and the door inner latches and pulls are new as well. It has been re-sealed throughout with all new door upper and lower seals, a new tailgate track and seal, plus all other related seals.

It just got a set of new Smooth Retro 17x7" wheels with Derby hub caps. This Bronco should be completed by the end of January 2019.

This Bronco has been sourced and restored for a total cost of $145,000.00. We are building another one just like this one, the 1970 Aqua colored un-cut Bronco that is about to be torn down for paint, which is going to look very similar to this one, but in your color choice, if you get your deposit in before someone else does this next one could be yours.
