This rust-free California Bronco is on consignment, but we are now in possession of it. It has everything you could want on it for daily driving of moderate off road use. Once we finish the body & paint work, it will be a freshly restored Classic Ford Bronco with your choice of a heavy duty Rocky Roads pre-runner front bumper & the Rock Solid rear bumper, OR a new set of factory chrome bumpers. We would only need about 2-3 months to get it done completely if you get your deposit in before July 30th. It could be ready by October or November of 2016 (or sooner) if everything goes as planned.

The current owner put a lot of time & work into this build, including a professionally installed 5.0 liter fuel injected 302 engine with a lot of new parts. We just had a valve job done on the engine & had all of the injectors rebuilt, so the whole top-end of the engine is now rebuilt & under warranty! The lower end is healthy so nothing was needed down there.

We also installed a freshly restored AOD 4 speed automatic transmission with wide ratio gear kit & all new inners, with the shifter on the floor, which could easily be switched back to a tilt column shifter. It has late model power steering and power disc brakes.

The Dana 20 transfer case shifts it in & out of four wheel drive like it should. We could install a new stronger Atlas 2 transfer case (listed in the add-on's below) if someone plans to do any serious four-wheeling. This Bronco has 4.88 gears and cruises at 65-70MPH on the highway smoothly and not working hard at all, yet it still gets out of the hole quickly because of the gearing.

The steering linkages in front have been upgraded to heavy duty 'Clydesdale' steering linkages from Wild Horses, these are the most heavy duty steering parts available. The brakes are power disc brakes in front & rebuilt drums in back, with a restored Currie Ford 9" rear axle and a hi-pinion Dana 44 front axle. The front axle has a Detroit Locker, the rear axle may have one too, we will check for sure in the coming days.

The suspension consists of James Duff long travel radius arms with heavy duty 11 leaf rear spring packs in the back with Rancho adjustable shocks, so it's already ready to drive daily without any additional work. All of the suspension bushings have been replaced and nothing is needed in the suspension department.

This Bronco has lots of potential so we're giving it a major facelift. It currently has a Rocky Roads pre-runner front bumper with a 8000LB winch, along with a new black powder coated Rock Solid rear bumper with swing out tire carrier with fuel can rack & cooler rack plus a matching spare, which could easily be swapped out for a set of factory chrome bumpers at no cost.

The truck currently has teal-green paint job & a modified steel hood. It has a new black powder coated Legend Family 6 point roll cage & a fresh set of Legend high back bucket seats in front, with a new folding rear seat with head rests (that now matches the new Legend front seats) in back, but we could go with a stock factory black rear seat if someone would rather have that.

This Bronco will soon be painted in YOUR COLOR CHOICE, with a new Rocky Roads Cowl Induction fiberglass hood. New black roll cage padding & wrapping will soon be installed, plus all new grade 8 mounting hardware & a new stainless steel body hardware kit. Once this Bronco is painted, it is going to look brand new. We still have not picked out a color, and there is still a week or two before we need to make that decision.

Included in the current price point, we are going to perform an under-body & engine bay pressure wash, black out the entire under-carriage including 3M Body Schutz under coating throughout the body tub to prevent future rust. Any minor body rust will be repaired back to the factory standard when the truck is at the paint shop.

The floor pans have been replaced with new steel floor pans (non-ribbed). We will be installing a set of black snap-in carpeting mats in front & in back to make the floors look perfect. We could remove the non-ribbed floor pans & install new factory "ribbed" floor pans for an additional $1500.00 if it's important to someone to have factory ribbed floor pans, then blend the Linex bed liner so nobody could tell the floor pans were ever replaced.

This Bronco comes with a newer black Rampage soft top with tinted windows & a new black Safari top. It has a new set of American Eagle 15x10" wheels & 33x12.50x15 BFG All Terrain tires that are in great condition. You could go with new 17x9" Fuel Hostage wheels if you want to (listed below) and credit will be given for the existing wheels & tires.

When we're done with the body, paint & suspension, we will get working on the interior. It has a new Tuffy locking center console with no radio compartment, the radio is currently in the dash. It has a decent Kenwood starter stereo system, we could upgrade this in the added features listed below.
