This rust-free '69 Bronco Sport has had only 2 owners, It was running and driving very well, and needed mostly cosmetics. We can assure you that you will not find a better restoration candidate than this truck, even though the paint looks pretty bad.

A bit of it's history... The first owner had it from 1969 until 1987. He sold it to the family I purchased it from. Both owners were very mechanically inclined. It has been kept all of it's life in California and the Arizona desert, so it is completely rust free (tons of photos available on request). It has original Arizona license plates on it, but I just got new CA plates. I just titled it and registered it, so I have a clean CA title & current tags in hand. (I will give the buyer the original AZ plates, too)

The original paint is still intact. Lots of "rust proofing" has been "brushed" all over it to protect it from rusting, and despite the ugly paint job, the body is very straight. It has minor dents and dings, but nothing serious... any normal body and paint shop can easily take care of this during the paint process.

The floor pans are very nice, so is the original mat floor. The owners before me covered the "air vent ducts" under the hood, so water never got into the floors through those vents (which is commonly what causes major floor rust in the first place). That floor mat is currently in the vehicle, and is masked for paint.

It has a very healthy original matching number '69 302 with a professionally installed SCHRILLO CO power steering unit (which from what I understand, Vic Hickey used to install on his Early Baja race rigs), is also has a professionally installed C-4 automatic with column shifter, original steering wheel and horn ring, Warn winch bumper with winch including all cables professionally run under dash (very old school) plus added power brakes. It has a standard Smittybilt type roll bar. The tire carrier that was on it has been removed for the paint process. A new factory tire carrier with matching spare is being added.

The 3 stock seats have been removed, and have been re-upholstered in factory white, and new black carpeting has been added. The Un-cut rear fenders have been cut and match painted flares installed. New Eagle 10" aluminum mags with 32" tires just installed.

The new two-stage Indigo Blue paint job (including matching engine bay restoration) plus a white restored dash (including brand new NOS speedometer with ZERO miles on it) will be completed by the end of April 2011.

This price will include restoration of the roll bar, plus new padding, wrapping & hardware, 3 restored white seats, new high back seat belts in front, original lap belts in back, new black locking center console with drink holders in front, all new aluminum body trim, all new lenses, reflectors, re-chromed headlamp rings, all new body rubber, new steering wheel, dash bezels polished, new glove box inner liner. Hard top will be restored in the factory off-white color on lower part, with Indigo blue lid, with all new stainless steel hardware, new bikini top included too.

The engine bay was restored to the same quality as the rest of the vehicle, something most people don't ever get around to doing... The engine was pressure washed, torn down, rebuilt, resealed, extensively cleaned, block and valve covers repainted, carburetor rebuilt, alternator, water pump and timing chain replaced, new original air cleaner installed, new hood alignment bumpers, looks very close to new! I

It's all back in and running, it will receive a fresh power tuning and all new fluids throughout. A recent transmission rebuild also had to take place, as well as back to the paint shop for some quality control issues. Extensive electrical work performed, heater repaired, plus much more work done to complete this one.
